Who Can Join?
You don’t need to own an RS vehicle to become a member. RSOCVIC welcomes all RS owners and small Ford enthusiasts — standard or modified, daily driver or show car.

Victorian Club Permit Scheme
RSOCVIC is an approved organisation for the VicRoads Club Permit Scheme, giving members with vehicles 25+ years old access to concessional registration.
Key requirement: Vehicles manufactured after January 1, 1949 require a current Certificate of Roadworthiness (RWC) before the permit can be approved.
- 1Join the Club
You must be a financial member of RSOCVIC to access the CPS.
- 2Check Eligibility
Your vehicle must be 25+ years old and meet safety category requirements.
- 3Obtain Roadworthy
Post-1949 vehicles require a current Certificate of Roadworthiness from a licensed tester.
- 4Club Approval
Forms must be signed by a Club Safety Officer or Scrutineer declaring the vehicle safe.
- 5Submit to VicRoads
Lodge your completed application with VicRoads to receive your Club Permit registration.
